Anna Diaz, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Ana is a kind and care-oriented Registered Massage Therapist specializing in sports biomechanics, injury rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and pain education. She combines a unique hands-on therapy approach with movement assessment, exercise prescription, pain education, and body awareness, to help her clients move more efficiently, recover from injury, and prevent future pain.
With a dedicated training in Functional Range Conditioning, Fascial Stretch Therapy, pain neuroscience, neuromotor rehabilitation, pelvic health dysfunction, and sports rehabilitation, Ana has supported many of her patients to restore strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. With special interest in foot and lower limb conditions, postural dysfunction, TMJ, nervous system regulation, desk-related pain, and pre-postnatal care, Ana thrives on supporting people throughout their injury recovery, movement reconditioning, and return to performance journeys.
Ian Jarvis, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Ian's passion for wellness began as a child spending school holidays on his grandfather’s ranch communing with the open range and interacting with Indigenous therapists. As a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Ian has had a wide range of clinical experiences ranging from the High-Risk Obstetrical Unit at Sunnybrook Hospital to the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at the University Health Network and the Sutherland Chan Clinic at Women’s College Hospital in Toronto. Ian integrates various soft tissue techniques while educating patients on how to create lasting wellness change through self care. He integrates hydrotherapy, stretching and other relaxation techniques into his treatments.

Vincent Pang is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) practicing in Ontario, with extensive training in both therapeutic and relaxation massage. He enhanced his expertise by graduating from a renowned Thai massage school in Thailand, where he perfected advanced techniques in syndrome treatment and traditional Thai massage. With a focus on addressing a wide range of conditions, Vincent provides tailored treatments designed to offer fast relief while ensuring a deeply relaxing experience for each client. His approach seamlessly integrates professionalism, cultural insight, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care.
